Press "Send to inpaint" button under generated image, mask the face area with drawing tool, choose DDIM sampler, set "Inpaint area" to "only masked", and set denoising strength to 0,5. Inpaint guide: if face on full body shots comes out deformed\not detailed enough - it's easily fixed with single inpaint, whole process takes half a minute.
